We have partnered with key agencies and institutions such as the City of Minneapolis, and the Public Health Department, as well as Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, Parks and Power at Hope Community, Juxtaposition Arts, and the state of Minnesota. Roxxanne received the Community Public Health Award for her dedication to improving health and environmental outcomes in historically impacted neighborhoods and she continues to collaborate with public officials at both the city and state levels to develop frameworks and tools—such as the Environmental Justice Checklist—that promotes accountability, transparency, and equity in environmental decision-making. ![Our mission](https://7528309.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/7528309/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-cms-elevate-theme_hubspot/elevate/images/our-mission.png) ## To empower and uplift communities by providing expert consulting, educational resources, and advocacy in the realm of environmental justice. ## Our values ### Innovation Embrace creativity and forward-thinking to inspire customers ### Integrity Operate with honesty, transparency, and ethical standards in all dealings ### Empathy Demonstrate compassionate and genuine desire to support each other Get in touch [![](https://roxxannellc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AI-Generated%20Media/Images/RX7.png?width=1000&height=1000&name=RX7.png)](https://www.roxxannellc.com?hsLang=en) - [About](https://roxxannellc.com/about) --- Privacy Policy · Legal · © 2026 Roxxanne LLC.
